The very best selling experience we have in a real estate transaction. We call Shimon "PushButton" because that is all we did to sell my mother in laws home. We pushed "talk" on my cell. Shimon visited us on the property, gave us a few suggestions to receive our maximum selling price, which we never did, we received $2500 over our asking price. We gave Shimon the keys to the home on a Monday(we live in South Florida). He had the videos done on Tuesday morning, the MLS listing completed by Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning he called to inform us he had a total of 4 showings arranged and later that afternoon presented us with two offers, which one we accepted. We closed in less than a month with no problems at all. We had a few minor buyer complaints about minor adjustments during the final walk-thru which Shimi actually took care of himself with no cost or involvement on our part.
